Copy and paste data into cha. file?

Thank you. My learning curve issues are around inserting speaker IDs and 
formatting the file with the headings, tabs etc (i.e., it looks right, but 
have I done it correctly?). I suppose I will find out when I try to run a 
command once I've transcribed a bit.
