ENG MOR grammar freezes during download

[Shelley Brundage]

hello group:
I am trying to download the newest version of ENG MOR, and it freezes once
it gets .2% downloaded.  Tried in multiple browsers, same effect.  Anyone
else encounter this?  Might just be that everything is too hot to work here
on the east coast today
