Stuttering Playback

I recently also had the same problem when downloading the latest update
onto my PC. Whenever I link it will do two extra bullets in between every
utterance if the transcript is being done from scratch. If the transcript
was already transcribed, it will place linking bullets on the next two
utterances that don't pertain to that part of the audio. I haven't done
anything different other than downloading the update.
