Add syntactic categories/ Use other grammatical codes

When using MOR, is it possible to use other syntactic categories aside from
the ones used in English? I am analyzing child-directed speech samples in
Tagalog, and I will not really try to make concatenation rules. So, I am
just adding some entries via a .cut file in the lex folder. However, to
make my work more similar to the manually tagged speech samples of
children, I wish to use grammatical codes which are not included in the
program (e.g., {[scat qm]} for question marker). I do not know where I
could add/declare these grammatical codes, so when I use them in the .cut
file, and add a %mor tier to a transcription, I get this: 'lex-entry error:
bad category specification for entry: (word).' Also, in the .cha file, it
is still marked as '?|(word).'

I hope you could help me. Thank you so much for your time. I really
appreciate it
