Windows 10, Quicktime and CLAN

Dear all, 

I teach my students how to use CLAN. Some of them have Windows 10 on their 
computers. Following Brian's advice in another conversation on the chibolts 
list, I suggested they downloaded Quicktime 7.7.6. It seems to work for 
some of them, but not all, although I gave them all the same media and the 
same transcript. Before I look into each of their computers, is there 
something else I could try to advice them ?
