Questions about rely command

hello all
I am trying to the RELY command to compare fluency calculations in two
different files, in order to calculate reliability.  Both files are in my
work folder.  here is the command:

rely +d pws04biopspeechchair_Coded_JN pws04biopspeechchair_Coded_RF +s[*↫]

When I do this the output says:
Output file </Applications/CLAN/work/pws04biopspeechchair_Coded_JN.rely.cex>

but when I look in the file I get:
/Applications/CLAN/work/pws04biopspeechchair_Coded_JN.cha: total [*↫]: 0
/Applications/CLAN/work/pws04biopspeechchair_Coded_RF.cha: total [*↫]: 0
total [*↫] matched: 0
total [*↫] %: 0.0000

I know that this is incorrect, because I can see those codes in each file.
Any suggestions appreciated!
