MOR and +1

Dear ChiBolts,
The newest version of CLAN has changed the way in which MOR and POST work to produce output. By default, when MOR runs now it replaces the old %mor line with a new one. Crucially, this means that any changes that you may have done on a %mor line will be overwritten. There are three reasons for making this change. First, we don’t really want people to be making hand-editing on the %mor line at all. The whole idea behind MOR analysis is that it should be automatic. Second, people were bogging down and getting confused with collections of file including .cha, .cha.mor.cex, .cha.mor.pst.cex and the like, confusing versions and copies. Third, when running programs like KIDEVAL, having files at all these levels led to further unnecessary confusion.
If you want to preserver hand-edited changes on a %mor line, then you need to rename the line to something like %xmor before running MOR in order to make sure that it is not destroyed.
We have also implement the same changes in the default for MEGRASP. For that line also, if you want to do some hand-editing of the %gra line, then please rename it to %xgra, so it will not be overwritten when MEGRASP runs.
If you want to avoid these defaults, you can use the –1 switch to stop MOR and MEGRASP from replacing the %mor and %gra lines.
