MATTR calculation

Hello,

I'm running the freq +b20 to get a MATTR of window size 20. We're using
this command on someone who has 48 tokens. However, in the statistical
output excel file, the MATTR column only contains a single decimal ('.')
and no number. Does anyone have an idea about why this is occurring? Does
this mean the MATTR is not calculable for this person? We've replicated
this error on two different computers. Many thanks in advance.

Brie
