Output legal format for the remaining (no gems) part of transcript

Hi there

Is there something similar to the -s switch that can be used with GEM so 
that it will create files of the REMAINING parts of the transcripts, i.e., 
minus the gem parts? I know how to create new files for the gem parts of a 
given transcript (e.g., gem +t*PAR +t%mor +sSandwich +n +d1, using the 
example from the manual). But it would be useful to also have files for the 
leftover parts of the transcripts. Is this possible?

Any advice would be appreciated,
