Audio file issue

You can check and change the format using sound/audio editor. I am not familiar with PC application that edit audio file, but I am sure if you google sound or audio file editors you will get a lot of choices. Apple's iTunes can change file formats and Audacity audio editor and recorder application can too and is free.

On older Windows systems you can use QuickTime application to check and change audio file format. Windows 10 no longer supports QuickTime though.

It's not just with this audio file as I've tried it with a different one and it's the same issue. I've also tried renaming, using a different computer, and moving around the files.
