Time stamp for @G (GEM) tag

Nichola,

	The powers above approved this feature, so I have added new option -b to GEM command. New CLAN is on the web.

Here are few commands you can try, some commands assume that your files have speaker *PAR:

gem +sTask +n +b
gem +s* +n +b
gem +s* +n +b +d
gem +s* +n +b +t*PAR +d

gem +sTask +b
gem +s* +b
gem +s* +b +d
gem +s* +b +t*PAR +d
