Troubleshoot CLAN crushing files

Hi Leonid,

Thank you for your detailed step by step instructions. But weirdly, I don't
have the file tab in my Word toolbar. One of my colleagues suggested
copying the word file into CLAN and saving it as a CLAN file. Then use
CHSTRING + q command to delete extra spaces between lines in the file and
it worked!!! However, when I run check command on my files, it always tells
me there's a problem with the apostrophes in each line. I have attached a
screenshot of the output. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Does it
have anything to do with the keyboard input I use? I use the default input
on my laptop.

Thank you so much for your help!
Molly
