Mac Issue: Continuation of main lines

Hi all,

My research assistant (also cced here) has the following issue with CLANc.
He owns a MacBook (macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6) and works with the latest
version of CLANc.
His .cha files have long sentences (as in the 1st screenshot), meaning that
CLAN does not automatically separate the long utterances into multiple
lines (as in the 2nd screenshot).

My questions are:
1. Is this a common issue with Mac? if yes, how can we fix it?
2. In terms of functionality, would this issue make any problems
with running CLAN operations and analyses? If yes, is there an easy way to
fix the old files with long main lines?

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions!
