question about CLAN path via Google Drive

Hi Brian,

Thanks for this! Yup the issues were with 'setting the working directory'.
I thought we had others with PCs where they were able to access Google
Drive folders (even if they were not the owner), but I was mistaken and we
are only able to successfully set the working directory for users who have
macs.

For PCs, we are able to set the working directory when the files and
folders are owned by the user's Google Drive. However, through CLAN we're
not able to see folders that are set up as shortcuts (even though we can
see and access all files through shortcuts through the startup pane).
Setting the working directory via shortcuts do seem to work with macs
though.

We have a workaround for now since the files are not identifiable so the
user can download and work off of their desktop!

Thanks!
Janet
