Hi,<br><br>   I've been trying to transcribe some videos recently (quicktime videos saved as mp4) and when I try to link the video to the transcript to bullet an error message pops up that says "CLAN MFC Application has stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" (then it can never find a solution to the problem).  I've tried with a .wav file and it still works fine, and I've tried downloading a new version of clan but that does not help.  Any insights?<br><br>Thanks very much,<br><br>Tim Howell<br>
