<div dir="ltr">Hi Leonid and Brian!<br><br>I would like to run freq for the Child Directed Speech in many files at once. I know  I can do this for all the different speaker roles:<br>freq +d2 +t@ID="*target_child*" +u  +o3 @<br><br>but if I could do this, I wouldn't have to extract all the different speaker roles from the .cha files:<br>freq +d2<b> -t@ID=</b>"*target_child*" +u  +o3 @<br>This command gives this error:<br>CAN'T FIND ANY DATA TIERS IN ANY OF INPUT FILES<br>PLEASE PROVIDE A SPECIFIC SPEAKER WITH +t OPTION<br><br>As it is, I figured out the speaker tier codes for the target children from the output of the first freq command above and then did this:<br>freq +d2 -t*CHI -t*PAU +u  +o3 @<br><br>And that's a workable solution, but I was just wondering why the t switch doesn't work both ways in this command and if that is generally true for @tier info.<br><br><br>thanks!<br>Sarah<br></div>
