Restarting and rebooting the PC doesn't help. The problem occurs with al my video and CHAT files. The ICT expert of the company I work for installs new CLAN and QUICK Time versions so next week I hope the problem is solved.</div>

There is a setting in CLAN that chooses which media file is played in<br />
case if you have both audio and video media files with the same file<br />
name. You can change that setting using menu "Mode->Play audio media<br />
first".<br />
<br />
If the problem you are having is that the movie window opens, but the<br />
video is not playing and only audio is playing, then try to quit CLAN<br />
completely and restart it and try again. The next step is to reboot your<br />
computer and to try playing video again.<br />
<br />
If it still doesn't work, then please tell me what version of OS you are<br />
using and if you have the latest version of QuickTime and CLAN<br />
installed. Also, please email to me directly your CHAT file and try to<br />
upload the corresponding video media file to this URL:<br />
