CLAN has a DELIM command that will add period (.) utterance
delimiter to every speaker utterance that does not already have any
other utterances delimiter.<br>
<br>
In ELAN you can use any text editor to open ".eaf" file and
replace string "</ANNOTATION_VALUE>" with string
".</ANNOTATION_VALUE>". This will add period (.) to every
utterance in ELAN's data file regardless whether it already has an
utterance delimiter or not.<br>
