I am not familiar with PC application that edit audio file, but I am sure if you google sound or audio file editors you will get a lot of choices. Apple's iTunes can change file formats and Audacity audio editor and recorder application can too and is free.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">On older Windows systems you can use QuickTime application to check and change audio file format. Windows 10 no longer supports QuickTime though.<br class=""><div class=""><div class="">
