<div>Hi!</div><div><br /></div><div>After using this program for years, I'm suddenly unable to open videos. It happens with every transcript-video pair I try. The videos open just fine in QuickTime, and I haven't changed the transcript or videos at all. I restarted my computer and it's still happening.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>This is what I do:</div><div>Open the chat file.</div><div>Open Walker Controller.</div><div>Click Open Media.</div><div>Click the corresponding .mov file (with identical name).</div><div>Error message "error opening local movie file"</div><div><br /></div><div>Any idea how to fix this? I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance!</div><div>Krysta<br /></div>
