I assume you know where to download CLAN from and how to run commands in CLAN's "Commands" window. If you are not familiar with CLAN at all, then you can download CLAN manual from <a href="https://talkbank.org/0info/manuals/CLAN.pdf">https://talkbank.org/0info/manuals/CLAN.pdf</a>.<br><div><br></div><div>There are few constraints to <span style="caret-color: rgb(4, 51, 255); color: rgb(4, 51, 255);">chat2elan</span> command. ELAN is time based transcript, so you need to have a bullet, i.e. timestamp, for every utterance in CHAT / CLAN file.
