INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Please use one questionnaire for each language which you are going to
inform about. If necessary, please request extra copies of the form, or
make photocopies of the originals, and fill in a questionnaire for each
language.

If there is not enough space on the form for your answer to any of the
questions, you can add as many pages as you wish, indicating the number =
of
the question it refers to.

If you cannot provide information on any of the points included in the
survey, do not worry. Only answer those questions you are able to respond=
 to.=20

Once the questionnaire is completed, please return it to our e-mail =
address.

If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at

A list of respondents and collaborators will be included in the =
