Can you identify these fish? (_Kamloops Wawa_)

Father J-M R LeJeune in his book "Chinook Rudiments" has (page 24):

S[ahali] T[aye] mamook kanawe h'loima fish kopa chok; samon, statjen,
kikne, mamet...

and the English translation he provides is:

God made all kinds of fish in the water:  salmon, sturgeons, kiknes[,]
mamets...

So, could "kikne" be "kokanee"?  What is a "mamet"?
