"For Love & Bears"............Re: Note on "Note on the Chinook Jargon"

In his original paper presenting the 38 Jargon songs, Franz Boas mentions
finding "a song printed in a third-class novel" -- I take it to have been
a CJ song.  Here's a cite I found online for the book in question.  Anyone
going to borrow it & check it out?  --  Dave R.
