"Planlingvistika Dokumentaro" about CJ

I know there are Esperanto speakers on this list, but does any of you know
this other artificial language?  I can't even tell you its name, but I
have here a couple of articles in it, from the
publication "Planlingvistiko Dokumentaro", which discuss Horatio Hale's
writings on Chinook Jargon.  They're pretty easy to follow if you know a
Romance language, but I'd be curious about their exact translations.

(I'm guessing this isn't Esperanto, anyhow, but I could be wrong.)
