Langley...Sto:lo or Musqueam?

The discussion about the border of Musqueam and Halkomelem (Sto:lo)
territory brings to mind a letter in CJ that I've found.  It was written by
a Catherine Isaac of Langley, as I understand her name written in
shorthand.

Can anyone tell me if this name sounds more Musqueam, or Sto:lo, or maybe
something else?
