Sweat lodge question

This relates to my Chinuk Wawa research, honest.

Can any of you answer a question about sweat lodges in the Northwest,
especially in the Interior?

If a child were helping to make a sweat lodge for a man or men, would the
child be more likely to be a boy than a girl?
