Chinuk Wawa word for "rules" as opposed to "laws"

This is another nice expression I've found in Kamloops Wawa.  When they're
discussing rules of an organization you voluntarily join or form, they
say "kakwa lo" (=like laws).

When they talk about actual laws which you have no choice but to obey, the
word is "lo".
