Your advice wanted: Hot or cold side dish w/salmon BBQ?

Hi,

Your opinion is wanted:

For the salmon barbeque we're having at the Chinuk-Wawa Lu'lu, do we need
to have a hot side dish?  (Mac & cheese, rice, or something else...)

Or will cold side dishes like potato salad, macaroni salad, etc. do the
trick for you?
