Corpora: Request: the language of pain

Dear All,

I am writing on behalf of a colleague who is doing a project on the
linguistic forms used to express physical pain by those who experience it.
Any pointers to relevant corpora (e.g. doctor/therapist/physiotherapist -
patient sessions) or literature (esp. reports of data-based studies) would
be greatly appreciated. Languages of interest are English, French and
Greek.
