Corpora: Corpus for MT

I wish to thank all those who have answered on my request for a MT toolkit.
Unfortunately, I had a virus attack on my incoming email recently and lost
many postings. Would you please be kind enough to resend your answers
directly to me, and I will post a summary to the list.

I am looking for a Machine Translation toolkit, something which would
include a parser/morphological analyser, a rule interpreter for semantic
and conceptual analysis, transfer and generation and a morphological
synthesizer. The corpora would be
used for research purposes only. Any pointers to some of the software
listed on the NLS Registry (www.dfki.de/lt/registry/)  or elsewhere would
be greatly appreciated. Please respond directly to me, and I will post a
summary if there is interest.
