Corpora: English phrase-chunked corpora

Dear all, 

Do there exist any other english corpora, except for Susanne and the WSJ corpus, that are manually annotated (with morphological information as well as shallow syntactic information)? By shallow syntactic information I basically mean detection of phrases in a sentence: noun, prepositional, verb phrases etc.
