Corpora: e-mail addresses of linguistic journals on Turkic languages

Dear colleagues, I've written an article on the phonostatistical distances between Turkish and other Turkic languages. I compare the sound picture of Turkish to some 13 Turkic languages (Azeri, Altai, Kazah, Karakalpak, Kirgiz, Kumandin, Tatar-Kazan, Tatar-Baraba, Turkmen, Uygur, Uzbek, Hakas and Yakut). I've got no e-mail addresses of the linguistics journals in which I might publish my article. May I ask you all to be so kind as to send me some useful e-mail addresses of the linguistic journals, especially those published in Turkey?
