[Corpora-List] collocation extraction

Hi,
I'm looking for a tool for extracting collocations
from a corpus. From what I hear Xtract is supposed to
be free, but I have not been able to find a
downloadble version on the web. Does anyone know how
to get hold of Xtract or a similar tool? Preferably a
unix version.
