[Corpora-List] Automatic phonetic transcription tool

Hello,

Does anyone know of a tool to perform automatic phonetic transcription
of English text to IPA text, or even some other phonetic alphabet? I'm
not familiar with research in this area, but I know there's been quite a
bit of it. I'm hoping there's a good system available somewhere.
