Hi Bill,

I do plan to release it but as part of a whole library of functions
(linguistic pre-processing, application of ontologies, indexing on
categorized vocabulary, document classification, document similarity and
maybe also some visualization techniques).  It will not be a public library
but a companion product to WordStat, our content analysis and text mining
software.
