Tania,

One option is the Sketch Engine http://www.sketchengine.co.uk
<http://www.sketchengine.co.uk/> We have a large POS-tagged Spanish corpus
loaded, and the software allows you to prepare frequency lists according to
a wide range of specifications (with/without POS tags, by wordform or by
lemma, etc.)

Do self-register for a free trial and take a look,

            Adam Kilgarriff

Subject: [Corpora-List] wordlist for Spanish corpus

Dear All,

I wonder whether anyone on the list has got (knows of ) a frequency
wordlist of a Spanish corpus tagged for part of speech, which
could be used for research purposes.

Many thanks
