A 38-million word corpus of written Dutch from the Instituur voor 
Nederlandse Lexicologie is freely available for non-commercial research 
purposes on 
http://www.inl.nl/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=57&Itemid=94 
(you do need to sign a user agreement) and the PAROLE corpus of spoken Dutch 
is available here http://parole.inl.nl/.
