Hi Maria,
You might find some useful data in LANCAWE (the Lancaster Corpus of Academic Written English): http://www.ling.lancs.ac.uk/groups/slarg/lancawe/. The texts in the corpus have been collected from Study Skills/EAP pre-sessional and undergraduate courses run by the Linguistics and English Language Department at Lancaster University - and Chinese speakers account for the large majority of participants there.
Hope this helps.
Sebastian

Subject: [Corpora-List] Chinese students' writing in English - researchrequest

I'm comparing multi word chunks in two corpora - Chinese students' assignments in UK universities and British students' writing in the same. I'm using BAWE (British Academic Written English) but am trying to add to this - does anyone know of other corpora of Chinese students' writing in English?

If anyone has Chinese students on their UK course and is willing to help, please get in touch.
