[Corpora-List] Corpus-based studies of very recent shifts in English (follow-up)

Perhaps I should have made it more clear that I'm looking for books and articles on recent (e.g. 1990-2008) **changes** in English from a corpus-based perspective, rather than just synchronic studies based on a particular corpus from this period. For example, the Biber et al Longman grammar (1999) is wonderful, but it is synchronic and probably wouldn't fit within the guidelines of what I need.

I have gotten some nice leads, though, and will post a summary in a few days. Thanks again.
