I have a frequency list for French:
http://corpus.leeds.ac.uk/frqc/internet-fr-lpos.num
which is more or less in the same format except that it also includes
information about the frequency of each lemma. The set of grammatical
categories is based on the output of TreeTagger:
http://www.ims.uni-stuttgart.de/~schmid/french-tagset.html
