I have not tried it.

Google shows a number of Latin parsers and other resources, either on-line
or downloadable, e.g.
   http://www.agfl.cs.ru.nl/lat/index.html

There used to be a beta version of a Latin parser at
   http://www.levity.com/alchemy/latin/latintrans.html
but the server seems to be off-line.
