[Corpora-List] Corpora annotated with negation and/or modality

I am working on a project on text mining for the biomedical domain (http://www.cnts.ua.ac.be/cnts/?action=projects&project=44).  I would appreciate any information you can give me about (biomedical) corpora that are annotated with negation and/or modality.
