[Corpora-List] quantities of publicly available parallel text?

We are currently developing such a platform for European languages.
The initial stage of this platform is at http://www.euromatrix.net/euromatrix
and we will move this over the next months into a wikified system where
users can add any resource they have or found somewhere.
