[Corpora-List] I need a tool (written in c, c++) to compute BreakEven Point for a text classifier

Dear All,

 

Please I ask you if anyone have an idea about an open C source (a tool)
to compute breakeven point for a text classifier?

Such that my classifier provides a file, which contains lines. Each line
is structured as follow:

Text_number<space>class1:score1<space>class2:score2<space>....classn:sco
ren

The scores are sorted in descending order

Example:

2 car:0.996851 home:0.752895 student:0.507842
