I am looking for the oft-quoted but vexingly elusive
Palmer, HE (1933) Second Interim Report on English Collocations.
Tokyo: Kaitakusha.

Do any of you know of a university library where I might find this?
Preferably in Europe, even more preferably in UK or Italy.

any pointers would be most welcome.
