[Corpora-List] Two interpreting corpora

Dear colleagues,

We would like to inform you about two corpora of spoken discourse available
at the Research Center on Multilingualism in Hamburg/ Germany. Both corpora
can be accessed online at no charge for research and teaching purposes.

1.The CoSi-corpus consists of six hours of presentational discourse (35.000
words, transcriptions and audio files) in Portuguese rendered into German
(simultaneous and consecutive interpreting).

2.The DiK-corpus consists of 91 doctor-patient interactions in German,
Portuguese and Turkish (mainly medical interviews and informed consent,
160.000 words, transcriptions only). Half of the interactions take place
with participation of ad-hoc-interpreters (nurses or family members of the
patient).
