[Corpora-List] Coreference resolution system

Hi.

I am looking for a co-reference resolution system.
The requirements are:
1. free download
2. achieves high accuracy. A system that is known to be the currently
state-of-the-art.
3. Handles any noun-phrases, not only pronouns

Could you please give me suggestions.
