[Corpora-List] Call Center corpus

Dear list members,

I am looking for corpora of call center transcriptions (or audio 
recordings).

I found this paper:

which refers to the CU Call Center corpus. I was not able to neither 
find it on the web nor contact the authors for further details.

Any help is warmly appreciated.
