    Apology accepted.  But an apology means nothing unless you're going 
to do something about the problem.

    It's one thing to assume that some people are subscribed to multiple 
lists and will get a few copies of your announcement.  It's another 
thing to send the announcement to the same list three times in one 
mailing.  Is anyone else getting sick of these pro forma "apologies"?
